Farmhouse

A couple with a troubled past decides to go away for the weekend. While driving the husband falls asleep at the wheel and they crash their car. Having no signal they walk to a farmhouse to ask for help and meet a couple, played by Stephen Weber and Kelly Hu, who seem very nice.

They try to use the phone for help, but it is dead. The husband hit the phone box when he crashed the car. The couple invites them to stay over for dinner, but things take a sinister turn overnight when the humble hosts turn out to not be quite such nice hospitable people. There is a lot of violence and one very disturbing scene in this movie. For the most part it's an okay movie, but it's the ending that is the big payoff. This doesn't happen to me much, but I can easily say I was blindsided by this one. My mind was blown. Check it out and see for yourself!
