I was really anticipating this movie, however, I'm still not sure if I like it as a whole or not. With 26 segments, there are bound to be good and bad one. Let's break it down:
A - I really liked this one, It was definitely different, but in a good way. Great way to start the film
B - Decent, wasn't amazing, good build up, ended kinda flat.
C - I like the twist with the title, kinda reminded me of the movie 'Triangle'
D - One of the better segments. Interesting change up in the last portion.
E - I liked this one mainly because it played on one of my biggest fears.
F - One of the dumbest things I have ever seen.... seriously WTF Japan?
G - Boring and pointless
H - Pointless, but visually stunning
I - Honestly, I didn't get it.
J - Again... really Japan??
K - This one, while pointless, was still a fun watch.
L - This one was crazy.. Really pushed some boundaries.
M - Sick... not in a good way &
N - Kinda funny, but nothing exciting. Seemed more like a commercial.
O - Visually Stunning.
P - Boring, Pointless, crossed a big line for me at the end. &
Q - One of the best in the film... Should have been I is for Irony
R - Wasn't pointless, but wasn't a fan of this one.
S - Seemed like it was going nowhere, then pretty cool twist at the end.
T - Probably the best in the movie. Claymation can still be awesome!
U - This goes right under T for 2nd best, would love to see this played out as a feature.
V - Cool effects, needs feature length. Seemed like too much was crammed into small segment.
W - Different, kinda has the same idea as Q, but Q was better
X - Goriest by far, disturbing ending... Loved it
Y - Interesting, that's all I'm gonna say
Z - Yet again, Japanese nonsense.
One thing I will say, this movie SHOULD be watched. I can guarantee you haven't seen anything like it, and probably never will again.... unless they make a part 2.
